PODCASTS & BROADCAST

I’ve worked across radio, television and podcasts for many years, both as a presenter and contributor, and as a producer and executive.

My broadcast work ranges from long-form documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4 to live radio and discussion programmes across both the BBC and talkSPORT — experience that involves moving between very different audiences, tones and expectations.

Alongside this, I’ve created and hosted independent podcast projects with large, highly engaged audiences, often using humour and informality as a way into more serious conversations around identity, mental health and modern life.

I’ve also held senior editorial roles within television, including time spent as an executive at Comedy Central.

The Reset

Creator and host

A podcast and newsletter exploring mental health, masculinity and modern life, rooted in honesty rather than platitudes.

The Reset was created as an alternative to much contemporary wellbeing language: sceptical of quick fixes, allergic to jargon, and interested instead in what actually helps. Conversations are open, personal and often funny, without losing sight of the seriousness of the subject.

The project has built a large and engaged subscriber base, and led to the publication of two books expanding on its themes.
